when I press the SOS button nothing happens

Got my E93 last week, and during delivery the CA tried to push the SOS button, but nothing happened.

We went into the bc, but activating the assist didn't work. When you highlight the activate or whatever the word it, nothing happens.

????

Did your CA login to the BMW system from his PC and input your info along with your password, etc?

He needs to do that first before you can activate it from the SOS button.
