I normally don't give vendors the benefit of the doubt, but you're easily the 5th guy I've heard with CSL rep issues. Does SPP manufacture the wheels you bought, or just resell them?

well the wheels were not the main issues. (but yes, SPP makes / sells them).. but it was the quality of their installation..

1. the value stem is defective, (i cannot release air or check my tire pressure).. which I had to get a tire shop to replace it for me..

2. The tires on the rear was not balanced correctly

I live in Canada, so shipping that wheel to SPP to replace would probbaly cost way too much. With the extra money I have spent on fixing the wheel, I could have bought a better grade tires!!!

While I can give the benefit of a doubt to the wheel(s) not being balanced correctly due to shipping error, ie possibly a weight came off during the transportation..a damaged valve stem is something that I can not attribute to transportation error. I would scan the receipt and ask for reimbursement from the vendor.

thanks wj4. I agree, the balancing part, it might have @ fault during shipping, but something like a valve stem, should have been checked to see if it was working properly before shipping.

I'm guessing they resell them too. I've seen multiple issues with CSL reps, from wheels out of round, to cracking, to bad valve stems. E-mail Eric and I am sure he'll take care of you.

Damn I'm sorry to hear you had a a problem bro, SPP reps are made for SPP by Exclusive Alloy's I believe. I would definately shoot an email to Eric@Supremepower.com in regards to any issue's you may have encountered. I'm sure he'll make good on whatever you need. I'd suggest that in the future you might try this with any and all vendors giving them the opportunity to alleviate a problem before posting up a negative experience as problems arise everyday in all businesses!

All your wheels were balanced on our HUNTER 9700 Road Force balancer. Its possible during shipping for the weights to come off (rare but possible). We are human and error can occur and we do apologize.

As everyone on here knows we go above and beyond all of our customers expectations -- always have and always will. The most important SERVICE is After-Sale service. Most companies collect the $$$ and think thats where the service ends. What differentiates SUPREMEPOWER from others is we offer incredible: Pre Sale Service, During Sale Service and most importanly After Sale Service

Im a little shocked you would post on here "lesson learned dont buy from Supreme again" without talking to us about your problem and letting us fix the issue at hand. If we did NOT fix the issue in a timely or perfect manner then sure I would not expect you to buy from us ever again and share this experience with everyone you know. But for you to post like this and not give us a chance --- well doesnt really make sense and is frustrating for us since we do try to be fair and right to all our customers.

We wholesale to a lot of shops and happen to have dealers in Canada near you as well. We could have sent you to one of our dealers to help assist you.

I have not seen the "bent valve stem" as you didnt post any pictures but I am curious to see the problem so we can make sure it doesnt happen again. I can send you some valve stems so all your wheels match.... If you have time please email me a picture of the bad valve stem to eric@supremepower.com

Also please email me a copy of your receipt for $120 to eric@supremepower.com .... seems a little much for a valve stem and balancing of 2 rear tires but if thats what you had to pay then we will cover it. Once the receipt is received you will be credited in full on your credit card or via paypal or via check....whichever you prefer.

Sorry for any inconvenience!

I have been dealing with SP for long time and like Eric said customer service after the sale is important which most other vendors lack off. But as stated above for SP to refund you for the trouble without making a big deal with questions is very rare from other vendors. Most policy will require you to return the product for inspection before they would even address or replace. I have been in worst situation then this from other big name manufactures that don't want to help the customer out. I'm glad this is all taken care of for you. I would always give them the courtesy to the vendor to address the issue before posting on the forum. Some people think that posting on the forum will get their issues resolve quicker is not always true since only one side of the story is normally given. Props to Eric @ SP!!!

yea man should have given SPP the chance to see how he can help you resolve the issue since you bought the wheels from them, instead of trying to resolve the problems on your own and leave Eric in the dark. Just ordered some new shoes from them and the experience was nothing short of great so far, and I expect the same for the wheels and tire mounting(Eric u listening?) he always takes his time with me even though it seems to take me forever to order the rims
