Customer Satisfaction survey?

How long until someone from BMW corporate contacts you about a customer satisfaction survey? I've had my car for 6 months and no one from BMW has asked about my buying experience.

Was your car an ED? If so, there is no survey for EDed cars. If not, what could happen is that if the CA asked the manager to make a note not to contact someone for a survey, they can do so.

to actually answer your question, i think they would have already contacted you...perhaps they missed you somehow (things happen). if you want to be heard that much, just call BMW USA or your dealer and tell them what you think
