Help, Need Advice!!

I ordered a car about a month ago (e90 335i), so I have about one more month to go. I put a $500 deposit down (which the guy told me was refundable) Now on BMWUSA.com I could have gotten the M package for about $1600 more than the sport package....which I think is welllllll worth it...that being said...do you think I can cancel my other order and go after a M package car without them having a fuss about the first car I ordered? I dont mind waiting an extra two months if I have to order it....Thanks for the input!

can't you just tell them to add it on?

If it is refundable then they have to give it back to you. They might fuss since the car you ordered may be very custom - and they wont be able to move it quick.

If you order a new one - just make sure you get a good deal still...they could try to screw you over since you might be hurting their bottom line.

JUST WANT TO UPDATE THIS ...I CALLED MY SALES GUY AND HE TOLD ME I CAN SWITCH, BUT I WILL HAVE TO WAIT....WHICH IS NO PROBLEM FOR ME.
