FS - Ipod retrofit kit for E9x (SOLD)
I have an iPod retrofit kit for an E9x. BMW part number is 65110439429. I had this for literally 2 weeks! Still in factory boxes with all the wrappings and manuals. UPDATE: SOLD DIY links: With iDrive http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=184807 without iDrive http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...highlight=ipod iPod interface that integrates the Apple iPod into the BMW audio system and allows customers to control and listen to their iPod music collection by using the vehicle's iDrive, radio and steering wheel controls, if equipped. Compatible with MOST Bus vehicles. Can not be used in conjunction with the 6-disc CD changer (SA 672), factory installed USB/iPod Interface (SA 6FL), and/or 7 Series Rear Entertainment Package (SA ZRP). Kit consists of two wiring harnesses and an interface module. Last edited by badass335; 03-13-2010 at 12:48 AM.. |

I didn't install this kit. This kit is brand new! My dealer gave me a deal on a kit locally so I actually had my dealer do it as they still need to program it anyways. There are 2 DIY's which are pretty detailed in the DIY section. My dealer charged me 1.5hrs for install and program so I couldn't complain! Located in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Yes it will! Lookup ENFORCERMAN in the electronics section. He did the same upgrade on a 328 as well. Very well written. His iPod kit number was replaced with this one. This is the newest one on the market from BMW!

Thats actually what my local dealer told me. (Not the realoem thing but that the part number wasn't in their systems. I ended up buying a kit from them locally. The kit they supplied was part # BM65-41-2-152-324. I actually took the car apart to do some wiring the other day and looked at the modules inside and it's the exact same thing! I even plugged in the module and it works exactly the same the one installed locally. I was pissed.... but as it's a special order item, i can't return either hence why 1 of them is up for sale.
