recommendations for ceramic brake pads

hey guys,

can anyone give any recommendations where I can purchase ceramic brake pads for E90 320d se 300mm brake disc size. I know textar do e-pad however they dont make ceramic brake pads for 300mm brake disc size but do for the m sport with 330mm brake disc size. can you post any links for websites to purchase ceramic brake pads. Reason for choosing ceramic brake pads over normal is due to the less brake dust they produce and they last longer.

Don't these pretty much not work until hot. i.e. First thing after startup it's like having failing brakes.

Are you aware of that?
