I have called them twice and left them messages to call me back. I have e-mailed them a total of 5 times with one response. All this and I've already ordered the proceed so I am a customer. I have a hard time believing that they have good customer service. Maybe a good product but I have never had worse customer service. I'm debating now whether I should have bought from them or not, I just keep giving them the benefit of the doubt that they are just busy.

Shiv was a big help to me last Monday on a steptronic dyno issue I was having. I couldn't call in the am, so I snuck him an e-mail and he responded within minutes. Even sent me a follow up e-mail later. I then called him that afternoon and he gave me some great 1 on 1 instructions which totally solved my problem. Great customer service.

They have a tremendous product but my experience has been that they aren't very good about returning calls or answering the phone. Their product is the best on the market and they did an excellent job with the install video but I would fire my people for not returning calls in a more timely manner.

A basic concept in customer service is balancing the needs of existing (already purchased) customers vs. the potential profit from servicing soon to be or new customers. In small shops, profit reins supreme, while at larger shops, long term customer satisfaction usually gets priority.

Very true, we believe that as well. We realize the importance of replying in a timely mannar, that is why we are redesigning and restructuring our lines of communication to our customers. We're making changes and learning along the way

I can imagine all the new business has been crazy... I have worked at startup companies before, and you can have the best people, the best resources, and the best support, but things always take time before they work/flow perfectly... Vishu is just priming the pump, once it starts chugging away, it should be more streamlined... after all, you cant expent the owner of a company to be providing all the support... sure its cool, but its not feasable for much longer... he's got better things to worry about

The Vishnu team provided great customer service to me when I needed their help. They even put up with my silly mistake during installation and provided the solution. Kudos.

The first time I called I got Shiv on the horn. "Hello?", Shiv. "Yes, could you give me some information on the Xede (at that time) for the BMW 335i?", me. "Sure, what do you need to know?", Shiv. "Can I install it? (at this time no one had yet)", me. "Sure. We plan to provide detailed written instructions and video.", Shiv. "How can I get one?", me. "Let me have Calvin call you back to get you set up, or you can go online.", Shiv. "Thanks!", me. Hours later Calvin calls. Procede ordered. 6 weeks later it was on my doorstep. 2 months later still grinning ear to ear.

If your having trouble reaching them call their actual number, (925) 648-7863 not the toll free one.

Both of those actually terminate to the same line. In total we have 4 lines, but often times 4 people choose to call at the same exact time which means we have all the lines occupied. We are working on a few things to make the customer service more direct, and simplified.

Ok at this point I'm thinking my e-mails are just going into their spam box because I've had 3 "how can I help you e-mails" and when I e-mail back still no response.

[QUOTE=Walked U;1089159]Dustin any news on the problem I was asking you about?
Also those with constant limp mode issues here in the hot heat. Should they just park the car in shade and wait it out until the weather cools off? |
