Fender rub e92xi stock height

Just a question from a newbie. I recently added some style 400 et34 18x8 with 10mm Bms spacers for the rear and 245-40-18 michelin as3+ all around and have experienced some rub rear passenger side on big dips. Ive seen a lot of posts here of wider and more agressive offsets and have been fine. Did I made a mistake with my calculations?

That's really strange, especially being at stock height and an XI model. Does the rubbing happen with/without passengers?

The tires are too big. Those are F3x sizes. OEM tire size for E9x with 18x8 wheel should be 225/40/18. Remove the spacers and you should be OK.

With my daughter in the back, she is about 80lbs. No rub when no passenger.

Ill probably remove the spacers. No rub before the 10 mm spacer. It does look great with the spacer though.

I was going to get 225s But the 245s tires look awesome and meaty, which is why I got them from the recommendation of the guy at discount tire.
