It's mint Sam, I bought it brand new along with the shifters and it has only done about 8k miles.
You are correct about the airbag but I found mine fitted no problem. It will be getting removed on Monday/Tuesday when the car goes in to be looked at for a rattle so not available till then. I can however take some photo's. As for cost, the guy I bought it from is the swedish guy on eBay and I think I paid about £600 for the lot so reckon a shout of 65% is always fair. What do you have in mind, obviously I need the cash but I don't want to/can't give the stuff away...... Cameron |

DCT Shifter is an pre LCi from Motive Mods. It has the DCT shifter base and surround HOWEVER, I had the sport button (not connected to anything) removed and the hole filled then the unit painted with the piano black mirror finish.
Motive mods sell them for about £200 so I reckon £140 delivered should be good. Cameron |

Sprint boosters are £180 plus post and Smarttops are £220 plus postage so I reckon a fair price has to be £200 for the pair inc delivery?

Would it be a straight swap with the shifter on my 08 e92 335d? Or do I have to make adjustments? if no adjustment defo interested
How does the parking function work because normally I press the button on the back of the stick to shift it bewtween park and neutral/drive. With the DCT one how do yu connect this? |

It is as easy or as hard as you want it to be, it is a case of pulling the old gear know off, removing the surround (again by pulling) the simply plugging in the new surround and sliding the new lever over the metal locator and tightening with a jubilee clip once the electrics have been plugged in.
You may want to cut the metal locator down so the lever sits lower but it's entirely up to each individual taste. Have a look at the motive mod website and follow the fitting guide www.motivemods.com There are a ton of installs on this site so just have a look at them. |
