Honestly, I'd start with removing the intakes, double checking everything and then do a boost leak pressure test from the chargepipe. Then again, that's assuming it's letting in un-metered air which is just a theory at this point.

This happened to me when i had my old mazda. Did you oil the filters? I would tell you to try to take off the MAF sensor on the intake and buy a can of those specialized electronics cleaners (somebody please tell him the name as i forgot what its called) and just clean it off. I hope this solves your problem.
I'd recommend trouble shooting it like this. Remove the DCI, reinstall stock airbox Clean Maf Reset ECU (Cobb or Whichever method) Start Car (drive around, is it still there? if yes) Borrow a Maf Sensor from a buddy that has a similar car, swap yours and his Reset ECU Start Car (Is it Still there? If no, your Maf is fucked and you need a new one) Last edited by scflaw; 01-11-2013 at 02:00 AM.. |

I'm e-mailing Jon from BMS at the moment and he's suggesting to check the plugs/coils. He also noted that it's possible the issues just show up sooner because of more air flow. I'm really hoping the O2 sensor doesn't need to be replaced. I'm not really sure how to go about it from here.

Yeah, I just don't personally have a way of testing everything except for visually inspecting the spark plugs. Frustrating

Took it to a shop that had a more advanced reader and was able to determine that the O2 sensor on bank 2 isn't receiving the correct voltage. I don't know what else it could be based on the errors he read. It came up as Lambda sensor 2.

Since re-fueling twice, the stuttering at startup has stopped. The O2 sensor is still running lean, however. I need to order the special tool for changing the spark plugs and get that taken care of. Perhaps that will solve the code throwing. Other than that it's running like a champ

I cant get my BMS DCI to go on and put that X cross over thing that the hoses clip to back on or it smashes the filter and I cant push the filter down to get away from it because of the hoses being in the way

If it is cold it is harder...but a Dab of WD-40 on the coupler and the booster lines disconects easily
