Hello Harold,

I'm currently looking into this setup not so much for the handling benefits but for the ride benefits.

I live in Panama and the roads are very bumpy/uneven and full of potholes and construction plates.

Would this setup improve the low speed ride over these horrible roads in comparison to the stock sport suspension? If so would it be better at that than Koni FSDs?

Im looking to achieve this without sacrificing handling as i do enjoy weekend drives outside of the city in mountain roads.

Thanks in advance!

Yes, out of the box this is the best in ride quality coilovers I have ever sold, installed and driven on(I have a 1M version of the R&T on my personal 1M). Nothing else at this price point even come close. People ask me to describe how the rides on the street and I can't think of a better word than "butter". All bumps all soaked up, small or large, yet body motion is controlled with no excessive pitch and roll.

x2

I purchased my set from Harold, and I can attest to their performance in this regard. I just posted an update on Alpina B3's thread (before I saw this), testifying to the wonderful character of these coilovers. OP, you should read his thread and see what others have to say, and then buy these from Harold!

Same experience here. Bought Öhlins per advice from Harold. Hard to describe how much better ride and performance is now. Highly recommended!

Would these make an e46 M3 a better daily driver OR just a better track car?

Both.

We have installed an E46 M3 kit. At the softer setting the vehicle rides better than stock with much better suspension control and reduced pitch and roll. At higher damper settings, the vehicle is like a go-kart.
