STETT Oil Cooler question

I had no idea where to post this, but I figure most of the people that own these are on this page.

My dealer is telling me I have an oil leak coming from the stett oil filter housing plate. I do not have the thermostat FYI. I did not install it, Chad did. Is the gasket a Stett gasket or the normal oem gasket behind the plate?

I assume this is an easy repair once I have the proper gasket. I would think I should do an oil change at the same time to limit the mess.

I have the Stett plate too, but I have no idea. I had it installed at Stett. When you find out, please post, I'd like to know too if I get a leak there.

I would assume so. Their plate replaces the half of the housing that the oil lines go to.

Turns out the dealership wasn't quite correct. The thermo gasket isn't the one leaking- they were just looking to avoid the repair under warranty. I took the car back to the dealership and had a tech and my SA look over the car. They both agreed no oil was coming from behind stett's plate. Going in monday to replace the standard filter housing gasket.
