Thanks for confirming!

Does the stock DME do this in concert with the Procede tune or does the tune have built in tables that compensate for colder temperatures outside of the DME programming?

I would say in concert with one another. The responses are not linear to what each other would do but designed with what would be best for the vehicle.

That said, that is why race versions of maps are available to allow the choice of extreme. And to a lesser extent, user adjustability.
