H&R spring w/ Bilstein shocks

currently have H&R spring on stock shocks (335xi coupe) and the ride is horrible. cant decide which ones to go with. now that i've already spent $500(spring plus installation) i cant spent too much more. anyway im really considering comfort and i need help from an expert who may know the best way for me to go with. by purchasing Bilstein will save me money but is it worth it compare to KW?
please help and thanks!!!

I would only go with coilovers if you want the adjustability. Otherwise, a set of Bilstein Sport Shocks will do the trick. I went through the same thing as you and was relieved with the improved ride quality after installing the Bilstein Sports.

Better to do it right the 1st time, then paying more in the long run.

Speaking of this topic, considering the Bilstein sports and either H&R sport springs or the Eibachs. Turner looks to be the only place to get Bilsteins, any other vendors carry the Xi versions?

Also looking into the Koni yellows, but they won't be available for 1.5 months or more.

I did the less aggressive Eibach Pros on my E92 XI and the ride quality is fine.

What kind of drop F/R did you get with the Eibachs & Bilsteins?

My last post didn't go through right. What I was trying to say was that BavAuto has Bilsteins http://www.bavauto.com/shop.asp?HC1=0

I did JUST the springs. The drop, IMHO is perfect. Lowered but not slammed, and retains practically stock drivability.

That's exactly the look what I want. My struts are toast (approaching 50k miles on Boston roads will do that) and my preferred upgrade path is eibachs with the bilsteins.

Just to confirm, that photo is the eibach prokits without the bilsteins?

Is the ride height going to be comparable with the bilsteins?

Looks fantastic.
