I remember going out when I 1st got my car a dead end road, and running gtech times with a few people, I was chipped and ran 13.2 @ 104 and an 06 GT was running 14.4 not sure of the mph though. Wouldn't have been close even stock I was running 13.8

That's a pretty decent beating!

I had an '05 GT with some bolt-ons, 4.10 gears and tune before the 335. It was stout in the lower gears and would give my 335 - when stock - some trouble up to 70 or so.

A stock GT is capable of mid 13's. The exhaust is just for sound - no real HP gains there. Mine sure sounded good with the Borlas but droned badly and was just too loud after a while.

Never timed mine but with gears, intake, UD pullies and a good tune, the GTs will go high 12's even on street tires. They are easy to launch on stickies but generally won't trap above 110 without nitrous or blower.

I dont know how right i am but this is what i do. Hold the break and hold your rpms between 1800-2k. Traction completly off. Then when its go(3rd beep or light) GOOO some like to start in 2nd to minimize wheelspin but if you practice it enough you will get it downpacked.

Try it out but be safe.
