Whooshing sound after repair

I got in a front end collision and recently got the car back. Now when I go WOT I hear a noticeable wooshing sound coming from the engine. It's louder than the turbo spooling (high pitched whine). Has anyone run into this before? Did the body shop forget a part?

Vacuum for the exhaust flap. Either clogged or there is a leak.

Could be a boost leak also. I would take it back and have them fix it.

Dont wait long to bring it back either or they may try to deny responsibility!

^^^This. High pitched is likely a boost leak likely between the intercooler and hot or cold chargepipes.
