Can't find nething on search

Ive been searching the past couple days for a thread on the stock intake removal. I just got done staring at my stock intake for 15 mins looking for a way to take that thing off so i cant install my JB+. I searched but i cant find anything on it.

Anyway while i was looking i took out the filter. Now where the air inlet tube meets the filter box, under the filter inside is a rubber stopper. But it looks like a screw or something. i tried messing with it but i have no clue what im doing so i stopped. I am new to BMW's so I just dont want to start ripping things apart that i really dont have too. So any help would be great appreciated.

Jonathan

By the way you dont need to remove the stock intake. I managed without removing it.

With a DCI (dual cone intake) it takes me about 20 seconds using the usb method. The DCI helps a lot, with the stock intake I couldn't get my hands down there either. Remember to put the ecu to sleep prior to the JB+ instalation. I guesss you can always find someone with small hands to do it for you. Good luck.
