Fitting winter wheels from my 1er on the wife's E90

Hey guys;

Just wanted to ask a quick question about what size spacers and lugbolts I would need to fit my winter wheels on my wife's car (2011 E90 328i ZMP/ZPP). I sold my 1er last year and still have my winter setup, and would like to run them on her car this winter.

Wheels and tires in question: Sport Edition F10
Size: 17x8
Offset: 40mm
Backspacing: 6.06"
Bolt Pattern: 5-120
Tires are 225/45R-17 Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D XL

So what spacers and lugbolts should I get?

So TireRack says I don't need spacers to get these to fit... when I test fitted them the fronts were so close to the strut housing that I thought they would surely rub... guess I'm wrong?

Tirerack's recommendations are sometimes on the conservative side. They don't test fit every single wheel on all the cars out there - they use a range of what will work and what wont. They'll just tell you if it'll fit or not in terms of the sizes the manufacturers produce - doesn't say it'll look flush or sunk. The sizing you've listed does look a bit conservative. Something around the +30 range would be better on an 8inch width. Most aftermarket wheels use cone/conical set lugs which is the same on your BMW. Not 100% on the wheels you're purchasing though.

Those will fit without spacers and wont hit struts inside. However they will be sunken in.

You have LCI right? You could use 20mm spacers to front and rear and it would look like my Pre-lci with 17x8 et20 front and 17x8 et10 rear.
