Vorsteiner CF Rear Diffuser & Vishnu Exhaust

Hi I was wondering whether anyone here has got the CF Vorsteiner rear diffuser with the vishnu exhaust? I am interested in this setup but fear that there will be no clearance for the exhaust if I get the diffuser.

Has anyone have first hand experience in this setup?
