Cheap tire change in Mississauga area???

I need to change two rear 19" tires and everyone I have contacted wants 40 bucks to change and balance a tire which works out to 100 bucks including HST. Does anyone know where to get this done for a better price? Thanks.

Tires23 would probably be a good place to go.

Should be about 50 bucks for both.
