yes itll loose the bounciness all together..

Cheap coilovers get stiffer and bouncier as you lower them past a certain limit usually within an inch and half of fender hitting an 18/19 inch rim..it starts getting a bit stiffer than normal.. if you raise them they feel like a firm oem ride.
