Anybody have a center outlet cover I can have?

You know that black center console outlet cover thing. It looks like a cig lighter but isnt? I dont use my cig lighter and with my boost gauge in the ashtray, it bothers me that the cig lighter is always showing.

So I want to get that black plastic thing and put it in the cig lighter area. Some of you with v1s or other electronics probably dont use that thing anyway. Can I have it? Or I guess I could pay a buck for it or something. They sell them at tischer for like 2 dollars, but id rather not pay for shipping and junk.

Weird I know, but I hate seeing that cig logo everyday. I want it gone! And no I cant use my outlet thingy, cause its in the center console still. I need a second one. Thanks

i think shipping f/ tisher might be free.

don't squeeze that penny so hard that Lincoln head is on both sides.

just kidding. must be some type of plug that will fit in there.

Autozone sells them, but I want oem bmw so it matches the other one. I figured if I could swing buy and pick somebodies up who dont use it, it would be easier then pm'ing tischer, getting the part number, paypal, then waiting for it to arrive.

Not really worried about the penny!

maybe I'm misunderstanding but can you not use the one that's inside the console (under your armrest). mine is just the black plastic piece.

I could yes.......but then my armrest one wouldnt have one!!

I want a second one for the ashtray! Thats just how I roll I guess!

stickers are on there way. they were first designed to go over the key hole on the drivers door. which they fit perfectly. so that should work for your plug issue.
i'll send you two. one for your door too.
