Help purchasing perfect matching HID fog lights E92 LCI
Which HID fog lights have the best match for the E92 LCI?
I want to buy HID fogs that are not too bright (I do not want them to over power my headlights). I also want them to be pure white, exactly like the stock head lights on the LCI E92. No colored HID fogs please. Just something nice and simple in pure white, the way BMW should have done it from a cosmetic perspective. Thanks! |

OEM is 4300K, which has a slight yellow tint.
Pure white is 5000k, with a slight bluish tint. So choose which ever suits you. |

OEM for the LCI E92 has a slight yellow tint? I didn't think so.
It doesn't really matter to me, I just want the HID fogs to perfectly match the stock, untouched, OEM headlights that come with the LCI E92 (MY 2011). Can a vendor or someone please give me a direct link(s) that will show me everything I need to buy (including tools) in order to replace the fogs myself? Thanks! P.S. I am a perfectionist, so please give me the best possible solution only! Thanks! EDIT: I basically know nothing about what I need to buy. |

The headlights in the video are stock. What was changed were the fog lights to a 4300K HID CANbus kit. CANbus means they communicate with the vehicle so it doesnt trip an error on the dashboard resulting in power being shut down to the lights. You can email the company for the exact link. I believe these fit your vehicle but you should double check: http://www.highperformancebulbs.com/hipexeh8plan1.html The lights also depend on which bumper you have which is why I personally dont have a straight answer for you. Since you have M sport I think that changes them to an H11 style bulb vs H8. Best advice is to the pull the bulb and check what it says on the back. Should take 10 minutes.
