CORRECT I've done over 12000 miles now and now EML or MIL error. It doesn't show up on the ECU when code reading that its been removed - not on something generic like an snapon scanner or the BMW GT1 system

Theoretically all code can be cleared but if underlying fault isn't fixed the code reappears as soon as the next check is made. btw. ISTA/D, DIS and GT1 is BMW system which will report ALL the code for their respective MY BMW.
