Hey Guys, just got a new CPO 2006 325xi

And I was wondering if there is anything that I should look out for or do to make sure my vehicle stays in the best working condition as possible.

I already have some issues I will be going to the dealer for, mainly the leaky headlight washers we have with our xi's and then some other interior things.

Is there a mode to drive all the time in that will help with better mileage and less wear and tear on the tranny/vehicle? (i.e. DTC, DSC on or off, etc..)

Thanks for any tips or pointers, they are MUCH appreciated.

oil change every 3k miles? Isn't that a little extreme when using synthetic oil?
I think a lot of members here do it around 5k-7k miles.

Hey I don't ACTUALLY do it every 3k, but I shoot for it. Shooting for 3k usually gets people to change it every 5k

Extreme is relative based on how much you care about your car and how much you push your car

Personally, I beat the living shit out of my car but maintain it to support the beating.

I was going to just go by my cars computer for oil changes, I dont drive it that hard.

Don't forget to change the oil at least once a year if you don't get enough mileage.
