When are we going to get a decent rear spoiler for the E92?

I know that there are a few available for the sedan. I also am aware of the Hartge and Reiger. The BMW wing type is just not my cup of tea. Plus the cost of both the Reiger and Hartge are high enough without even being painted. Am I just going to have to wait for the E92 M3 spoiler? I would have thought that some painted replica types would be available. Its just a piece of plastic!

I agree.
You can bet the M3 one will cost $600+
The problem is most 335i's are sedans, so the coupe doesn't have as much of a demand for the trunk lid lip spoiler.
That should change once the M3 is released.

There are several third party vendors that are making trunk lids. E92kits has supposedly been working on one and we were supposed to have seen it sometime soon. Hopefully they'll be able to bring that out soon.

JLeviSW just put up a post selling one they made...but again, no pics yet.

Its about time. Although I like the M3 spoiler, any spoiler that looks anything like the Reiger or Hartge that come pre painted and doesn't cost an arm and leg will do for me.

How can you order something w/o even seeing what it looks like? Aren't you worried at all about fitment?

I know, I know no pics yet of this spoiler on the E92, but just as I had completely given up the idea of adding a rear lip spoiler on my 335i Coupe (after the whole Trendix debacle

:mad: ) , there it was -- a PAINTED Rear Lip Spoiler for the E92 335i from JLevis SW for $290+shipping.

So, I said what the heck, and bought myself a birthday gift!
