Help with LCI tail lights

Hi,

Noticed today that the passenger LCI indicator/turn signal tail light of my E93 has gone very dim. The driver side is fine and the brake/reverse light of the passenger side is also fine. As all the LED's for the indicator are dim, is it a wiring issue?

See attached picture. Has anyone else experienced the same?
