How to properly Dyno a N54 335is with DCT

Looking to get some baseline dyno runs on a Mustang dyno in a few weeks and wanted to get some tips on how to properly dyno my 2012 335is (N54 engine) with the 7-speed DCT gearbox.

Any fuses to pull? Which gear is closest to 1:1? Thanks in advance.

Thanks. Why do you recommend dynoing in 4th? I found the following gear ratio's online. Hopefully they are accurate.

DCT Gear ratios (overall):
I 4.78 (12.25)

II 3.056 (7.83)

III 2.153 (5.52)

IV 1.678 (4.3)

V 1.39 (3.56)

VI 1.203 (3.08)

VII 1 (2.56)

R 4.454

Another note. The Mustang dyno requires that you enter the weight of the vehicle. I'll be using 3600 pounds as the weight for my dyno runs (will remain a static number).

FYI, I've seen differences in the results from of this particular dyno if you change just the weight of the vehicle.
