Neil Simons.

Although, it's the only Bay Area service department we've dealt with that so far everyone that we've dealt with is very nice, and more importantly, competent.

i've been to SC a couple of times now, they can't hold a candle to the service provided by east bay in pleasanton.

I find the service to be lacking a bit out there, I wouldn't say the service has been bad, but it's just not nearly as good as what I was used to.

I'm tempted to try mountain view, to see if they're any better.

I've talked to Claude, and Mike so far at SC both seemed like nice competent guys, but the logistics of such a large dealer make it hard to provide the same service as a smaller one.

not having free coffee, as small a thing as it is, makes this dealer less attractive.

lol free coffe... i go to the mt view one... its allright. the only thing i hate is waiting hours to speak to a SA... i think there is only 6 of them and i'm not picky about which SA i talk to.
