hey guys, new member here, i am looking at this set up:
235/35/19 8.5in rim 2.5in lip
255/30/19 10in rim 4in lip

would that work for an xi?

Absolutely not...you need at least a 265/30/19 in the rear...275/30/19 would be ideal for the xi

Looks nice. Now just add a 5mm spacer and see if they rub. If no rub, try a 10mm spacer.

What if one would be looking for the 'stretched' look?

But other than the tire size, with et 32 and et37, would he run into any problems?

You can't combine those tire sizes on an xi as the difference in rolling diameter is over 2% (rule of thumb is to keep it below 1%). In terms of tires, that's a huge difference.

If one wants the stretched look, they would need to reduce the front tire size as well...for instance you could run a 225/35/19 and 255/30/19 as the difference in rolling diameter is only 0.7%

I doubt those offsets will be a problem, especially with tire stretch
