http://www.monsterpod.co.uk/ It sat quite steadily on the dash (between the humps) for the whole trip. I made a mount similar to yours, but the camera wobble was gross. My camera has it's mounting point at the front (all the weight at the back), which I think destabilized it. Also, when mounted on head rest, with the sunroof open, there was a lot of booming noise from the wind. Didn't think to turn the air off .... it's early days |

Some of us don't. We went past an RTA car taking pictures in the National. I was doing about 70 when I went past ..... think the limit may have been 60 at that point .. not sure.

I might have an excuse, the brake replacement light has just come on in my car (means a sensor has failed again), I might try some BS and say my brakes failed ......... |

From memory, you weren't pulling away from us at the time, that is I think you were doing a comparable speed. If that is any consolation.

Good luck with that excuse!!!! but I can't see that getting you out of trouble. Let's just hope you didn't get nabbed. Worst case, just think of all the times you have purposly been over the limit and just accept it.

I got a ticket on my windscreen, which I disputed, and then did not hear back about it for months and months... They know I was in the right, and the evidence I sent them was way more then enough to convince any normal non govt. person that I was not in the wrong, but they sent it back minus the evidence, and said that I had not provided any, please pay now, or debt collectors will be knocking on your door, as it has been many months now since I recieved the ticket... WTF
