need help changing rotors and brake pads

so i have a 2007 e92 that i need to change the rotors and brakes mainly the front ones. does anyone know a good DIY on here or a local shop in or by tampa that wont try to hustle me on labor.
and any good suggestions on what brand pads and rotors to buy
my cars a daily i dont track it but i would like a little more stop force then what i have now.

First option. It's really easy I've done breaks / rotors before. Make sure to get the 7mm hex bit to remote the rotors.

yea what he said. changing the brakes on my e90 was actually easier than doing them on my 1997 accord lol.

there is a DIY on youtube that has a step by step for a e92.

Replacing the pads/rotors/sensors is pretty straight forward. Just like everything else take your time. Here are the vids that .fLip. mentioned.





The one thing that I noticed he did not mention is using some disc brake quiet on the back of the pads like in the DIY below. When I bought my Akebono pads they came with some lube.

Just a word of advice... the rotors don't always come off as easy as in these videos. So make sure have a heavy mallet handy cause it is going to take some force to get them off.
