So, is there really no other viable options? No indy shop with the correct tools to do it for a reasonable price?

I consider Performance One to be an indy even though they are owned by the same group as AutoWest.
I was pleased with their work. Noticeably cheaper than any dealer. |

I paid 825 taxes included for walnut blast at Langley BMW.
This included an hour of diagnostic. Performance one pricing seems par but is not a deal. DN |

Thats good news! Most stealerships will do it for $1k+ last time I checked. The cheapest around Vancouver/Richmond area will be performance one (unless stealerships all adjusted their pricing). If people are around Langley by all means it seems like its a good price! Thanks for the info!

just got home from getting this done by Zeno, top notch guy. Definitely knows what he's doing. if your on the borderline debating to go with him or not, trust me you'll be glad you did. Very professional, made sure the car was properly protected while working. Defiantly going back to him when i need to do it again.

Hey guys Zenocchio asked me to update you all as he is not in business anymore. He Mesaged me the following:
I want to update the forum thread as I am still getting messages after few years. I am not able to help as I don’t have time nowadays but you can contact Navid at Venus mechanic (604) 897-0517 he is very reasonable and great guy that trained in Germany and knows Bmw in and outs. |
