Installed some Hawk HPS pads and Quiet Slot rotors

I just installed some new pads and rotors. I bought the kit off amazon for $285. Not a bad deal. So far they are working really nice. Stop just as well as oem. Not sure how the dust will be because I only have a few days on them. But so far so good. Now I just gotta figure out how to get the service indicator reset. I put on a new sensor, but when I reset, the miles just show "------". When I do the rears next week, I might have to swap the sensor or something. Or maybe it has something to do with the rear sensor not being changed yet. Who knows!

Thanks for the info. I have to do the rears next week, so hopefully that will take care of it.

How do you like the bite of the pads vs OEM?

The bite is a pretty good amount less now that I have both replaced. With just the front switched, it wasn't hardly noticeable. I am not very impressed to be honest. They do bite more when they heat up, but for every day driving, I would rather have gone with the stock pads. Only reason I went for these was less brake dust. If I was going to do it again, I'd go with stock pads and rotors. Not sure if the slotted rotors are helping or hurting tho.
