I have found in the past that of snow sticks to the dish the reception dies off, I also find that it struggles at times in heavy rain, it could be water on the dish or the singnal having a job to get through the falling rain or snow. Loving the snow again though, so glad I managed to get some good winter tyres |

This is one advantage of a low mounted dish - you can simply tap the accumulated snow from it and all is well again.......well, until it builds up again!
Not so easy if it was a chimney mounted dish! |
