congratulations on your purchase ..... now just have to endure the wait. Details or colour, trim etc pls.

E30M3 you say ? - Regarded by some as one of the best "M" cars. The E30 M3 was also not sold in Australia as they were all LHD so the few around are all private imports.

Black, M sports pack, trim one standart with m pack, kind of greyish.

One like this

http://www.carsales.com.au/used-cars...gions&Make=BMW

Special requests was to remove 323 numbers at a back and do not stick dealership stickers on.

Took a long time for me to make a decision, cos there is no bmw club here in adl time to make one . As I buy bmw to drive it - dts offf.

re e30M3, I guess when aussie mates here look at old holdes thats how I look on old e30 here.

Had e30 325iX for winter/frozen lakes and moded e327i that did 100km/h in about 6sec to drive amateur rally.

So ppl from adl with bmw, how do we make da club?

there IS actually one (IIRC) but they're having numbers problems so new members that can help out are definitely welcome and wanted.

And as to why we didn't get the e30 M3 and why it is so expensive - what can I say, european cars are a rip off here lol

Congrats to a fellow Adelaidian

I found Adelaide Motors great to deal with, and would go back to them. Service is OK, you just have to hook up with the right service agent. Peter is the one I insist in only dealing with, I have had problems with another one I won't name.

Now you have to get your VIN from them once you are confirmed for production (tell them it is for insurance purposes), and you will be able to track you baby when it is shipped.

I think staring on every 5 sec where that lady is would be not a healthiest option, better just to get a phone call and go pick it up.

Thnx for info on service. Sales man Luke, was nice didn't tried to pull of typical sales man stuff, one that came after him was absolute noob couldn't put 3 words together.

JamieA, have you been invited to bmw drive days, only reason I got bmw in adl was because they have 3 or 4 times a year bmw race days.
I do not need 190hp just to get milk from shop.

as i mentioned, they're a bit down right now so if you can get in there and spice things up and get things moving, that'll be great.

It made me stay sane (along with this forum) but I can understand how it would perhaps ruin the surprise of the unexpected call.

No I haven't been invited to a drive day yet. Am a bit peeved about it actually, when I had my lowly 2.0 A4, Audi were all over me inviting me to things, including drive days. Will have to put pressure on Dallas my sales dude.

Well they better do, cos I made it very clear for about 1001 time that car is bought only cos I can go to those days.
