want the gloss black look on rims

i have 19 inch black powder coated rims. will i need to plasti dip the rims first and then spray it with the glossifier? or can i just spray it with glossifier since the rims are already black.? thanks yall

Engrish prease, jk.

You should really have a professional paint your rims to get a glossy finish that won't wear, curb rash will rip PlastiDip up.

If you're cheap, which these are the wrong cars, PlastiDip first.
