07 328 just hit 50k need help

Just hit 50k and I got a red triangle warning with a "!" inside, I think is a warning for service? I'm out of warranty already so thinking of taking it to a BMW specialist. Here are my questions, how do I know what needs to be done @ 50k other than the regular oil change? and someone on this forum said I can find the maintenance schedule along with the user manual, but I can't find it, is there a pdf out there that tells what needs to be done when? I know the maintenance kinda depends on the driving condition, I just want the BMW recommended schedule so I know what to expect.
Finally, any recommendations on shops in SoCal?

Thanks.

Ignore the fuel filter change interval (it is in the gas tank)

I have a 07 328 E92 with over 80,000 miles. so far I've only had to replace all my brakes (rotors and pads) and I do my own oil changes~~ I had a starter go bad but that was replaced by the dealer, other then that so far all is good. I did my brake job at SB Automotive in Downey. I know the guys and they don't charge you a arm and a leg just because you drive a "BMW". =)

I was lucky, I had the brakes and rotors changed in Aug before the warranty expired, so now I'm just looking for oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid or maybe differential fluid change.
I know what you mean, that's why I want to come here first to see where ppl go before I randomly pulls into a garage.
