First Logs WTF is going on...

Hi guys, so I just took my first logs. My mods are, JB4 G5, VRSF Catless DP, BMS DCI, Secondary and Muffler delete, 94 chevron gas. So I noticed I wasn't getting any more than 12 psi on ANY map when I was dayling the car, so I did the logs to see what was wrong. On the first 2 map 5 tests, the car did not exceed 12 psi but ran fine. On the next two map 2 tests, the car kept going into map 4 during the pull, and the check engine light came on. 2 cat codes, and 2AAF, fuel pump code? Anyways, when I was ready to head home from the "location" I went into menu to check what map I was in, and jb4 menu froze for 10 sec and went back to normal. After this the whole way home, map 5 was hitting easy 15-16 psi, even with the cel. Felt like a whole new car. Please Help! Is my fuel pump going? Is that the culprit? I have brand new delphi coils and plugs on the car btw. P.S hesitation in rpm at 5k rpm is a bump in the road.

MAP 5 TEST 1 AND 2!

map 2 looks fine as far as boost goes. map 2 targets 14.5 psi and you hit that.

the BIG problem is look at 6000 rpm. air fuel ratio = 20!!!!!???? that must be why you entered map 4

also look at TRIMS. trims max out at 50 which means it is trying to add 33% more fuel. trims max out at the very same time as afr hits 20 (VERY lean)

2 things that I can see (not an expert) low pressure pump looks weak which is an issue but not what is causing the afr to be 20.

here's another thing. afr hits 20 but afr bank 2 (afr2) is fine. check your fuel injectors in bank 1. perhaps something is wrong with them/old?
timing is almost always 0? that cant be good

it also appears that map 5 is working right as afr doesnt go to 20 and trims hit 33-35 instead of maxing out at 50. you dont go into map 4 either.

something is going on with fueling it seems???

You guys think it's injectors or fuel pump? Also car recently started having white smoke come out both exhausts.

On the 2nd log, seems your hpfp is taking a shit, right when afr jump to 20 your pump pressure dropped to 11, which is cutting it close, especially on stock turbos at only 15psi. I suggest you grab a new hpfp and relog. Lpfp looks strong still.

Will the dealership replace my hpfp for free if I have a fuel pump code? Even with all my mods on the car. I only have 87k on the car.

Is the lpfp supposed to dip to 42?

Also just got a code today 29DC, after car went into limp mode/map 4 from map 5 when I hit boost around a corner. Engine light came on, and then dissapeared when i started the car 30min later. But codes were 2 cat codes and 29DC.

please find out what is wrong before you keep logging. that AFR of 20 is REALLY REALLY bad! 14 is considered bad. I could only imagine how lean your car is.

very first thing I would do is new lpfp... follow that up with checking to make sure injectors are good.

I personally would never ever do a second run if I saw afr hit 20!

and this is just a guess but perhaps o2 sensors are bad.... maybe thats why you cars afr goes crazy after 6000 rpm? (shot in the dark)

The dip to 42 is worrisome, 50psi is the magic number as far as "maxed lpfp". You need to either get a new lpfp or do and inline along with your hpfp. Also you should switch to a flash tune.

I only got afr 20 on map 2, and I am not running that anymore, I only run on map 5. But I am about to order a lpfp, does this seem like a good one? Cant find much info on them.

If you can afford the additional cash and you plan on upgrading turbos in the future, I would recommend this one below. That's my next move.

Need a new lpfp, hpfp is looking weak. You're hitting target boost.

Need a flash. Timing looks horrible. Do the BMS pump flash.

Set "6 cyl timing" to 4 on the interface to seeing timing on all cylinders.

Map 2 is too aggressive right now. Try a map 1 log.

like others have said, fuel pumps are going.

Also, how many miles on spark plugs and since last walnut blast? Start there to see if doing one or both of these fixes the significant timing pulls.

Just ordered a new lpfp. 2 weeks on brand new plugs and coil, I don't think the car has ever had a walnut blast done. Ill try to arrange a bms pump flash, but i've heard that it can make your car stop working completely?
