After some high speed testing on airstrip (280km/h++) i lost some of my low end power and under mid load one of the turbos screams badly.

We've had two customers with blown HP turbos and showed the same symptoms as you. Loud high pitched noise & no low end power. We datalogged boost, used ISTA's test plans and a visual inspection of the compressor housing you could see that the impeller blade was hitting the housing.

You need to take them off of the car, it will be pretty easy to figure that out. We have new and used stock turbos available along with new hybrids.
