my only prob with the kerscher front is that is it is LOW. the under surface of the lower side corner fins tend to get scraped when i go over humps a bit faster than normal and going up and down steep slopes >60 degrees can be a harrowing, painful-'crunching' experience. my car is still on stock suspension and not even dropped.

I was reading a thread by D-Rock and in that he said that it is not available in the US but he might be able to get it from Germany or something for a "bargain" of $2000 or something. Man that is a lot for a bumper

IMHO, this version of the rieger front is just borderline "ricey" ... i'm leaning much more towards a kerscher front as you can order a CF splitter at the bottom and finish off the bottom nice an clean ... i personally don't like BMWs with pointy bumpers/skirts/valances as its not the bmw look...i was quoted $899 CAD for the original kerscher bumper through a store here in Ontario, Canada...they'd order it from Germany for me, and $399 CAD for the CF splitter ... bumper painting i think would be in the neighbourhood of $800 CAD...

so in total, kerscher bumper + cf splitter + paint is roughly $2000 CAD.

hi hosagod ,the e90 and facelift e46 coupe (M line 2) front bumper looks ALMOST identical.

The e46 sedan and older e46 coupe front kerscher was more like the e46 m3 coupe front bumper as seen in pics below.

No doubt, Kerscher really makes the BEST BMW front bumpers!

You did realize that the 2nd pic is of the Kerscher, right?

They're both sweet, in their own right... Nice to have another option out there

How much lower Kerscher is compared to original bumper? Do you have very low profile tyres?

How much is it to get a front bumper painted?
$830 = cars with HWS without front PDC

$840 = cars with both HWS and front PDC

Probably because it's bloody ugly.
