Not sketchy at all IMHO. The guy has ~2400 reviews with a 99.2% positive feedback rate.
Are you worried its not real carbon fiber? Worried he won't ship it and will steal your money? Worried its not as described? Ebay protects buyers pretty well so I wouldn't be worried if I were you. However, the longevity of the product could be an issue..

That's not actual replacement trim, it's just an overlay that uses adhesive to stick on to your current trim. I'd avoid it.

You can still get screwed using Paypal. I ordered Halos from Lucent Produkts and never received them...lost $150 through Paypal.

If the parts in the pictures is what you're getting, then yes, I'm positive.

Look how warped some of the pieces are; they're warped like that because it's just a thin overlay.

You should file a dispute against the company through PayPal. PayPal will ask the seller for shipping information (including proof of delivery) and if they can't provide proof of delivery to your confirmed address then they will refund you the full amount.

It looks to me that this is the actual trim not a wrap.
It says highest carbon fiber quality.
In any case, ask the seller if this is a wrap or the actual trim.
If it is the actual trim get it, its a great deal.

It's an overlay and it's expensive because it's made from real CF. They have to mold the pieces so there is a decent amount of work. Considering most sellers charge something like $150 for just outer mirror cap overlays, the price isn't terrible.

But I wouldn't get it. It's never going to be perfect since it is an overlay. Even if it's off by a few mm, it will be noticeable since you'll see wood or whatever dash you have underneath. Only way it could work decently is if you painted the dash black then put this over so you wouldn't notice the edges.

Only way to get it perfect is to have a dash wrapped in CF. That way you don't worry about edges.
