Most all run flats end up with bubbles, that's why I would never own them.

Yeah it took a little convincing, I told my SA I'd put in a good word with BMW NA (which I definitely will when they call).

My back up was to tell him I'd rather give him $100 to pocket than pay $300 for a piece of rubber...oh well, another tire-table!

Not a recall but SIB. However if you search other people have complained about getting a bubble on their rft's and they swear they didn't hit a curb or anything that would cause the sidewall to bubble. The SIB I believe addresses only noise and cupping issue. I think it's SIB010204 which came out in 06??

I just went to the dealer to get my new $400 tire. There is not a recall on these tires. However, I have turned in a complaint with my dealership, I will post the follow up.

Started hear some noises the other day when I was on the highway. Three of my four RFT's have bubbles in them. Car has 17,000 miles.

So I'm on my third Fuel pump....was in once for Faulty oil reader...been in twice for the brake sensor....and the brake light has turned on for a third time and now I have to shell out for three new runflats.

Going to call BMWNA on Monday and start screaming!

enough is enough....I'm driving my car into BMWNA's front lobby at 100mph!

Exclamation

Me too have bubble on my runflat tire yesterday, I asked the BMW service center and the service engineers tell me that you have to change it becouse this bubble represent a damage of an area of sidewall and may cause an explosion of tire at any time.

Sorry for my bad English, but the only thing that i want to say that your safety is greater than the price of a tire.
