Emissions in NC?

I am new to Cary, NC. I am thinking about getting cpe catless dp's with cpe catback exhaust setup. Do u think I can pass emissions in Cary, NC?

Thanks for any thoughts.

you need dp fix. You'll be good to go if you have you're belly pan on. Just take it to the Fast Lube & inspection. Some 17 yr old will plug it up and pass you!
