Kevin put it very well. The RedStuffs are a performance pad the Akebonos are a low dust ceramic OEM replacement.

just the front and rear redstuff brake pads. i think the total before customs was around $220... why im being charged $80 i dont know. I rememeber a couple months ago i got a spoiler and mirror covers for about $450 and only paid $36 in customs.

OHHH i just saw youre in canada. I think ECS is based out of the US

At any rate, $80 sounds like a LOT for the customs fee for some brake pads..

turns out i got charged so much customs for the pads because its a UK made part.. the rotorrs i ordered are made in US and i only got charged $15.
