Welcome back Rocket.

Have you considered the durability of the wrap?

I seem to recall that your 35D is possibly the quickest on the planet (http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=402734)
and having such a quick car I'd be concerned that the forces imposed on the wrap might actually rip it off the car!

I'd discuss the above with:

I can't wrap a gift to save my life. Just try something small get a sample from a vinyl shop and a hairdryer to give heat then do like a phone cover or something you will see its not too hard.
