OK you bastards are getting to me...sigh...

I think I'm going to bite at the JB4..

Anyone here running it WITHOUT DPs?
If so, what are you getting out of it with 93 octane, no other mods (cept for a PPK, but I'm sure that will be overriden)

Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you can dyno anywhere from 320-330

Probably should get a better CP though huh..

So, vs stock, how many HP are we talking to the crack and to the wheels? I've been following your progress sir, and it has been inspiring!

Stock 290WHP
N55 Stg2 Jb4 320-330WHP

Crank numbers are irrelevant in the tuning world as you cant measure it without pulling the engine and going on an engine dyno.

The numbers are not as important as the actual gain in power, in this case about 50WHP delta.

A CP upgrade is very popular for the N55 cause the stock pipe is very weak and prone to cracking, especially with a tune.

Yo I don't know if you're in the tri-state facebook group or not (if you aren't, I can invite you just PM me) but there is a kid with just the stage 2 as his only mod in NY. Let me know and I can get you in contact with him.

320 to 330 whp on a dyno jet. With a Catless downpipe and some customization you can probably dyno 340-350whp. I wish I had 93 octane here.

Night and day diffrence....my ppk tune according to the fuel hijack gauge was making 10 psi max and dropping to 7 psi at redline. With the jb4 map 1 it gets to 13 psi max and holds 11 psi to redline, my only regret is not getting Jb4 sooner

they say it's night and day difference, but in what regions?

is it night/day difference during casual driving which we do most (i.e. 1-3k rpm)?

Night and day as in when i hit boost, or anything over 4k it just pulls so much harder to redline.

I have a JB4 and am otherwise stock, it's definitely the best bang for buck mod out there. The difference is definitely noticeable even in daily driving, loads and loads of torque throughout the rev band
