Buying a rep M3 front for my pre-LCi E92 (non M3)
The front comes with 2 options

1. With fog lights
2. Without fog lights (ducts)

I prefer the cleaner look of the ducts, but does anyone know if there is extra work or parts needed for the ducted version or are both options simply bolt on??

I bought my m3 bumper and wish i could have gotten ducts. Maybe the place you buying from can give me a deal..

Well, if you decide to get the option for ducts, you will probably have to buy the OEM m3 brake ducts. You will have to do some trimming in order for them to fit your car. More trimming is required on the driver side than the passenger side. Keep in mind measure 2x cut once. little by little with a dremel is how I did it.

with the ducts. Im actually trying to find a m3 rep that comes with the ducts for a decent price. The one on eBay for 270 is with pdc which i don't have

That's right Ink
Hadn't even crossed my mind it would come with fog or duct option, so really don't know much about the differences
I understand the ducts tend to collect leaves and stuff that end up in the wheel arch lining and there is some mucking around to fit the ducts
Also never seen the finished product in real life so not sure if you can see bracing and crap which would make the car look unfinished LOL

Perhaps I should go to fog option but those little round fogs aren't as clean as the E92 preLCI fogs


For the guys looking to by M3 rep front bumper with ducts as a kit.... I'm in Australia and buying through a local provider.... prob no good for you in the US (sorry)

I am in Australia....buying local
