Codes after Recall service

So I took my car in for recall service (battery connection recall)
Car was running perfect but I figured just in case...

The day after recall service I get the following codes with a SES light:
P2401
P2419
P240A
P2A13
P2A12
P2A18

I cleared the codes using Cobb but after driving for a few miles they came back.
I not 100% positive but the only thing I can attribute these codes to is the recall service that was done.
Maybe they shorted a fuse? disconnected a wire? etc...

The strange thing is I uninstalled the Cobb and drove 40 miles and no codes
I'm hoping by the time I need to go back to the dealership to get this checked out the codes come back...
Maybe its Cobb tune related

I doubt it's COBB related... I think it has to do with the fact that you drove for a while... try reinstalling COBB

The first set of codes are for your Evaporative Emission System.
P2401
P2419
P240A

The second set could be from a blown fuse in the ECU box.

I got different codes when I got my car from the dealer for a recall. My adaptation were reset and perhaps they updated something. However I went in with my tune. Codes were deleted and never came back, tune was untouched

UPDATE:

Reset/Deleted the SES light several times but the same codes kept coming back, not immediately but after a couple days of driving.
Took the car back to the dealership and i was told the tech who preformed the recall screwed something up on my car (fuse related) that caused the codes to be thrown.

Did you tell them you got codes or just an SES light because to them you aren't suppose to be able to read codes?
On the same note - what happens when you get codes that don't throw and lights - how do you go back to them?
