Perspective difference. Don't make me go out in the snow again and put a ruler next to it. :P If mithiral calls me out on it, I'll re-take the exact same pic in the morning, but it should be OK i figure

They are by far the brightest E90 pre-LCI angels, except for that insane one that was never mass manufactured but had about twice the brightness (and occasionally set on fire).
That said... still can't see them in bright daylight. But in dusk / night, they look AWESOME.

Ya but you have an E92. There are sooooooo many more options for E92, including HIDs (I think). My friend has HID angels on his M3.... verrrrrry nice.

yea, and its a lot more $. If it wasnt for the fact I also go the blackout corners and white led corners, I would have gone another route. I just love having a full blackout headlight unit.

I went out of the way to find a truly massive pile, probably close to 15 feet tall
I see that Pseudo Nim's tiny pile was accepted, but just a pic to make you re consider

CHALLENGE: Owning a BMW 3-series places you in an elite group of individuals who number slightly more than that of Ford Mondeo owners, but nevertheless, you know, non-conformist. Let's demonstrate your non-conformism by going to a parking garage, or a parking lot, where all the sheep park towards the wall, the inside, whatever... and your E9X is the only one facing out. With its angels on (or headlights if you have DRLs and can't go on angels only), it is the only one that dares look outwards into the scary automotive world.

Tbh, it's not a money question at some point - if I _could_ get angels for 500 bucks that were GUARANTEED to be as bright as yours during daytime, I would, since then I could legitimately run on those as DRLs. Now ... I fish around. Sometimes with fogs, sometimes I just hope for the best.
